Our leaders are:

Mike Lamble, CEO

As CEO, Mike Lamble drives company strategy and oversees operations.  Mike joined Clarity Solution Group during 2013 as a veteran leader in the field of enterprise-class data and analytic solutions.  Prior to joining Clarity Solution Group, Mike was president of XtremeData, providers of massively scalable DBMS. Previously, Mike was a practice leader in IBM’s Business Analytics and Optimization business unit. Mike has also served as Vice President of Worldwide Services for Greenplum. In addition, he held executive management positions with Knightsbridge Solutions, which was acquired by HP in 2007.

Mike earned his MBA at the University of Chicago and has a BA in Economics from Columbia University.

 

Scott Nenninger, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Scott Nenninger provides executive leadership in all areas of accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and information technology.

Scott brings broad financial and operational experience in information services companies, most recently serving as Group CFO for Experian Vertical Markets with responsibility for their Automotive, Healthcare and Public Sector businesses.  He is known for developing and inspiring high performing teams that enable management and employees by providing accurate reporting, objective analysis and concrete recommendations on strategic and operational decisions and processes.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College in New York, New York.

 

Angela Cinefro, Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Angela Cinefro defines and oversees the talent management practices that attract, retain, develop, and engage Clarity’s team.

Angela joined Clarity Solution Group in 2014 as an experienced executive in the field of business intelligence and big data. With more than 15 years of global, executive-level experience, Angela has managed people initiatives for organizations ranging from 200 employees to more than 200,000.  Angela held the position of Operations Vice President of Business Solutions at Hewlett-Packard. Additionally, she served as the Chief People Officer for Knightsbridge Solutions and held several HR leadership roles for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Angela earned her Bachelors of Communications at Michigan State University.

 

Mark Hodson, VP Delivery Capabilities

As Vice President of Delivery Capabilities, Mark leads the Clarity consulting organization—our core Data Management, Data Integration, Information Delivery, and Advanced Analytics solution delivery capabilities, and our supporting Methods, Program and Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance capabilities for data and analytics.

Prior to returning to Clarity in early 2014, Mark was the CIO of Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics at Travelers, and led the Financial Services data and analytics consulting practice for Knightsbridge and HP.  He has nearly 30 years of experience in business and technology leadership roles in corporate and consulting services organizations.  Mark has a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois, and did post-graduate work at the University of Minnesota, and Illinois.

 

Tim DeLisle, VP Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Tim DeLisle is responsible for building a world-class organization and managing all aspects of account management teams including hiring and sales enablement, operations, training, messaging, revenue generation and account expansion.

Prior to Clarity, Tim served as Vice President of Global Sales for EMC2 directing team selling and delivering leading-edge transformation services encompassing infrastructure / ITaaS, Cloud / Virtualization, and Application Modernization. Prior to EMC2, Tim served in multiple executive positions for companies including SunGard, Comdisco, and Unisys Corporation.

Tim earned his Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management and International Business and Bachelor of Science in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.

 

James N. Urhausen III, Founder and VP Client Excellence

As Founder and VP of Client Excellence, Jim Urhausen works with project and client teams to ensure satisfaction, maintain an impeccable level of quality, and reinforce the Clarity brand and core values. He founded Clarity Solution Group in 2004 with the goal of supporting and partnering with clients to improve business and technology teams through the effective delivery of the most coveted and qualified talent in the market.  Earlier in his career Jim worked in Arthur Andersen’s business consulting practice where he discovered a passion for professional services. After Arthur Andersen, he moved on to leadership positions at several global services companies including Robert Half International (RHI) and Kforce (KFRC).

Jim graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a BS in Business Administration, a concentration in Finance, and a minor in Management and Real Estate.  Jim also serves on the Board of Directors at Imagine A Way, a non-profit which he co-founded, which provides financial assistance to families with children diagnosed on the Autism spectrum.

 

John Papadia, Founder

As Founder, John Papadia provides executive oversight for new market expansion, strategic partnerships and major account development.  John launched Clarity Solution Group’s Data and Analytics Practice in 2008, His emphasis on building strong culture and employee satisfaction led to Clarity Solution Group’s recognition as a “Best Place to Work” 2012, 2013, and 2014 by Best Companies Group.  Prior to joining Clarity Solution Group, John led data and analytics programs at PwC, IBM, and Knightsbridge Solutions. At Knightsbridge, he founded the Communications, Media, and Entertainment practice, building it from initial launch to a business unit that successfully delivered enterprise solutions for multi-national companies. John earned his MBA at the University of Georgia and has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.
