Mike Lamble, CEO
Mike Lamble is CEO at Clarity Solution Group. He drives the company’s strategy and oversees operations.
Mike joined Clarity Solution Group during 2013 as a veteran leader in the field of big data analytics and enterprise information management. He brings an impressive track record of success leading data and analytics software and services firms including companies such as XtremeData, Greenplum, and Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to joining Clarity Solution Group, Mike was president of XtremeData, providers of massively scalable DBMS for big data where he focused on go-to-market execution overseeing sales, marketing, and product development. Previously, Mike was a practice leader in IBM’s Business Analytics and Optimization business unit. Mike has also served as Vice President of Worldwide Services for Greenplum. In addition, he held executive management positions with Knightsbridge Solutions, which was acquired by HP in 2007. While at HP, he led the Business Intelligence Services practice for North America.
Mike earned his MBA at the University of Chicago and has a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
John Papadia, President
John Papadia is President at Clarity Solution Group. He leads Clarity’s Sales and Delivery functions, and has executive responsibility across the firm’s client base.
Upon joining Clarity Solution Group in 2008, John formally launched Clarity Solution Group’s Data and Analytics Practice. He rapidly established and implemented delivery, sales, recruiting and marketing processes, which enabled the organization to grow from 40 to more than 200 billable consultants.
In 2010, John assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. During his tenure, Clarity Solution Group tripled its revenue base, launched the Clarity Development Center, and increased its presence from Coast to Coast. Clarity continuously earns industry recognition, inclusive of recognition by the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies four years in a row. His emphasis on building strong culture and employee satisfaction led to Clarity Solution Group’s recognition as the third Best Place to Work in Illinois in 2012 by Best Companies Group.
Prior to joining Clarity Solution Group, John worked at industry frontrunners PwC, IBM, and Knightsbridge Solutions. At Knightsbridge, he founded the Communications, Media, and Entertainment practice, building it from initial launch to a business unit that successfully delivered enterprise solutions for multi-national companies.
John earned his MBA at the University of Georgia and has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University – Bloomington, IN.
Jim Urhausen, Founder, COO
Jim Urhausen is Founder and COO at Clarity Solution Group. He founded Clarity Solution Group during 2004 with the goal of supporting and partnering with clients to improve business and technology teams through the effective delivery of the most coveted and qualified talent on the market.
Jim is a champion behind making Clarity what it is today—a team that comes to play hard no matter the size or scope of the project at hand. By insisting on excellence and speed to market for every client, every time, he developed a world-class client base.
Prior to founding Clarity Solution Group, Jim worked with-in Arthur Andersen’s business consulting practice where he discovered a passion for professional services. After Arthur Andersen, he moved on to leadership positions at multiple companies including Robert Half International (RHI) and Kforce (KFRC).
Jim graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a BS in Business Administration, a concentration in Finance, and a minor in Management.
His passion for start-ups extends to non-profits as well: he launched and serves as President of the Board of Directors for Imagine A Way, an organization that provides financial support to deserving families with children diagnosed with Autism.
Mike Fahey, Chief Technology Officer
Mike Fahey is Chief Technology Officer at Clarity Solution Group. He is responsible for working with Clarity’s senior business and technology leaders to help shape the future of Clarity. Mike joined Clarity Solution Group during 2010 and excels as a delivery-focused leader. He brings an impressive portfolio of work, inclusive of solutions for Andersen Consulting, Knightsbridge Solutions and Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to joining Clarity Solution Group, Mike was CTO for Consulting for Hewlett-Packard where he led worldwide technology strategy and planning for its Business Intelligence Solutions Group. He was also a key member of the leadership team that grew Knightsbridge Solutions’ Health and Life Sciences practice from $4mm to $80mm in annual revenues over a five year period.
Mike earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York City.
Angela Cinefro, Chief Human Resources Officer
Angela joined Clarity Solution Group in 2014 as an experienced executive in the field of business intelligence and big data. With more than 15 years of global, executive-level experience, Angela has managed people initiatives for organizations ranging from 200 employees to more than 200,000. Most recently, Angela served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for MedExpress, a healthcare provider organization.Prior to joining MedExpress, Angela held the position of Operations Vice President of Business Solutions at Hewlett-Packard. Additionally, she served as the Chief People Officer for Knightsbridge Solutions and held several HR leadership roles for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Angela earned her Bachelors of Communications at Michigan State University
